Designer Look for Less

A very close friend of mine shared with me one of her favorite sites for designer clothes.   The site is called shopbop.com, and it is really a fantastic site for designer duds, and accessories.  But as expected when it is designer it also means high costs. 

I came across a feature article on the site called Our Ultimate Closet – Workwear Addition.  It features 14 pieces that you can mix and match to make 10+ work outfit.  It is really awesome, but when I tallied up the items (minus the large watch and the trench) it would cost over $3,500.00 to get that wardrobe.  I don’t know about you, but I don’t have $3,500 just kicking around to spend on myself....so I thought there has to be a way to get this designer wardrobe, without the designer price tag..  I hit up H&M and pulled the various looks together, so you can see them compared to the designer option.

Try and guess how much the H&M version would cost you....I don’t think you will believe it....The answer will be at the end,

So as you can see you can get the designer look for a fraction of the cost. If you did the complete H&M look you would save yourself $3,175.72! Pretty awesome I say!  Of course you don't have to use strictly H&M or Shopbop, I just wanted to show you that you can achieve an awesome look without going into debt :)
